Transfers jurisdiction over specified Federal real property located in the District of Columbia: (1) from the Architect of the Capitol to the Secretary of the Interior (provides for the consideration of certain of such parcels as a site for a national memorial to Japanese American patriotism in World War II); (2) from the Secretary of the Interior and the District of Columbia to the Architect of the Capitol to be included within the definition of the United States Capitol Grounds; and (3) from the Federal Government to the District of Columbia government.
