Executive Office Travel Management Improvement Act of 1996 - Abolishes the White House travel office. Directs the President to reassign to the Director of the Office of Administration the former functions of the travel office. Requires the Director to ensure that travel management and related services for the Executive Office of the President are procured from private-sector sources.
