Children's Right to Know Act of 1996 - Amends the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 to direct that the report accompanying the concurrent resolution on the budget include an analysis, prepared after consultation with the Congressional Budget Office Director, of the generational accounting consequences of the concurrent resolution.
Amends Federal law to require the President's annual budget to include an analysis of the generational accounting consequences of the budget.
