Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to exchange specified Federal lands in the Targhee National Forest in Idaho for specified non-Federal lands within the Targhee National Forest in Wyoming.
Requires the values of such Federal and non-Federal lands to be established prior to the exchange by appraisals of fair market value that shall be subject to the Secretary's approval. Provides for adjustments to equalize such values.
