Amends the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act to redesignate the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge Wilderness in Alaska as the Mollie Beattie Alaska Wilderness.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to place a monument in honor of Mollie Beattie's contributions to fish, wildlife, and waterfowl conservation and management at a suitable location within such Wilderness.
