Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 and the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 to terminate sugarcane and sugar beet price support, marketing quota, and acreage allotment programs.
Makes related amendments to the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act and the Food Security Act of 1985.
