Repeals the Legal Services Corporation Act. Directs any funds appropriated for such Act but not yet obligated to be deposited into the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
Expresses the sense of the Senate that operations of the Legal Services Corporation are not essential functions of the Federal Government and that a private foundation, private donations, and volunteer attorneys should supply Corporation services.
