Authorizes the President to present on behalf of the Congress a gold medal to Rachel Robinson and other family of the late Jack Roosevelt Robinson in recognition of his contributions to racial equality, athletics, business, and charitable causes. Authorizes appropriations.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike bronze duplicates of such gold medal.
