H.R. 177--A bill to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services 
    to establish a schedule of preventive health care services and to 
    provide for coverage of such services in accordance with such 
    schedule under private health insurance plans and health benefit 
    programs of the Federal Government, and for other purposes; to the 
    Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means; Government Reform and 
    Oversight; Veterans' Affairs; National Security, for a period to 
    be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
