H.R. 4324--A bill to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to reduce 
    telephone rates, provide advanced telecommunications services to 
    schools, libraries, and certain health care facilities, and for 
    other purposes; to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means, for 
    a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
