Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish hospital care and medical services, and authorizes the Secretary to furnish nursing home care, to any veteran who received one or more nasopharyngeal radium irradiation treatments while serving in active military service between January 1, 1940, and December 31, 1965.
Authorizes the Secretary to examine, and include in the Department of Veterans Affairs Ionizing Radiation Registry Program, any such veteran.
