Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Keep Kids Safe at School's Act''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO THE NATIONAL CHILD PROTECTION ACT OF 1993. Section 5(10) of the National Child Protection Act of 1993 (42 U.S.C. 5119c(10)) is amended to read as follows: ``(10) the term `qualified entity' means-- ``(A) a business or organization, whether public, private, for-profit, not-for-profit, or voluntary, that provides care or care placement services, including a business or organization that licenses or certifies others to provide care or care placement services; ``(B) an elementary or secondary school.''. <all>
