Whereas 19 United States servicemen perished in a terrorist attack at the Khobar Towers in Dharan, Saudia Arabia, on June 26, 1996; Whereas Hani El-Sayegh is alleged to have been directly involved in such terrorist attack; Whereas Hani El-Sayegh refuses to cooperate with Federal law enforcement agencies investigating such terrorist attack; Whereas Hani El-Sayegh is a citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Whereas Hani El-Sayegh is currently awaiting removal from the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act: Now, therefore, be it Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of the Congress that the Attorney General, pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act, should remove Hani El- Sayegh from the United States to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. <all>
