Authorizes the President, on behalf of Congress, to award a gold medal posthumously to Charles M. Schulz, in recognition of his lasting artistic contributions to the Nation and the world.

Authorizes a specified amount to be charged against the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund to pay for the costs of such medals. Mandates that sales proceeds from duplicate bronze medals be deposited into such Fund.
