Small Business Reauthorization Act of 2000 - Small Business Innovation Research Program Reauthorization Act of 2000 - Amends the Small Business Act to revise and extend through FY 2008 the Small Business Innovation Research Program (a program providing certain Federal research and development funding to small businesses).
