William Howard Taft National Historic Site Boundary Adjustment Act of 2001 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the National Park Service, to acquire a specified parcel of real property in exchange for another specified parcel of real property of equal value to be added to the William Howard Taft National Historic Site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
