Extends, until March 31, 2003, activities authorized by: (1) Part A (Block Grants to States for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) (TANF) of title IV (Grants to States for Aid and Services to Needy Families with Children and for Child-Welfare Services) of the Social Security Act; (2) section 510 (Program for Abstinence Education) of title V (Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant) of such Act; (3) subsection (b) (Entitlement to Matching Grant) of section 1108 (Additional Grants to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa of title XI (General Provisions) of such Act; and (4) section 1925 (Extension of Eligibility for Medical Assistance) of title XIX (Medicaid) such Act.
