America's Wilderness Protection Act - Releases Wilderness Study Area status all Wilderness Study Areas, including those designated after enactment of this Act, on the earlier of: (1) the date the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture determines that the area is not suitable for wilderness designation; (2) ten years after this Act's enactment; or (3) the date the area is designated as wilderness by Congress.

Provides that any area released from Wilderness Study Area status shall revert to the land use status the area had immediately before its designation, and shall not be studied again regarding wilderness designation.
