Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site Boundary Revision Act - Revises the boundary of the Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site in Blair and Cambria Counties, Pennsylvania, by deleting specified tracts of land and adding others. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire specified tracts for the site by exchange or donation from willing owners.
