  Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of the Navy 
       should name a new naval vessel the ``U.S.S. Bluejacket''.

 Mr. Simmons submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was 
              referred to the Committee on Armed Services

                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION


 
  Expressing the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of the Navy 
       should name a new naval vessel the ``U.S.S. Bluejacket''.

    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That it is the sense of the Congress that the Secretary of the Navy 
should name an appropriate new naval vessel the ``U.S.S. Bluejacket'' 
in honor of the millions of enlisted men and women who have proudly 
served as sailors in the United States Navy.
