Condemns the continued sponsorship of international terrorism by Iran and its development of weapons of mass destruction and the means to deliver them.

Reiterates concern that investment in Iran's energy sector makes a dangerous contribution to those activities that sponsor international terrorism.
Demands that Sheer Energy cancel its contract with the Government of Iran to develop Iranian oil fields.
Urges the President to impose sanctions on Sheer Energy under the Iran and Libya Sanctions Act of 1996 as long as its investments remain subject to sanctions under that Act.
