Teacher and Nurse Support Act of 2002 - Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA) to increase to a maximum of $17,500 the aggregate student loan obligation eligible for forgiveness or cancellation programs for teachers who serve full-time for five consecutive complete years in certain elementary or secondary schools (which qualify based on enrollment of disadvantaged students).
