Election Weekend Act - Amends Federal law to change the date for the election of: (1) President and of Vice President to the first consecutive Saturday and Sunday in November in every fourth year succeeding every presidential election; and (2) Members of Congress to the first consecutive Saturday and Sunday in November in every even numbered year.

Expresses the sense of Congress that private employers in the United States should give their employees a day off on either of such days starting in November 2006 to enable them to cast votes in the Federal and other elections held on that day.
