H.R. 1064--A bill to provide for evidence-based and promising 
    practices related to juvenile delinquency and criminal street gang 
    activity prevention and intervention to help build individual, 
    family, and community strength and resiliency to ensure that youth 
    lead productive, safe, healthy, gang-free, and law-abiding lives; 
    to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the 
    Committees on Education and Labor, Energy and Commerce, and 
    Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
    the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
