H.R. 1431--A bill to stimulate the economy and create jobs at no cost 
    to the taxpayers, and without borrowing money from foreign 
    governments for which our children and grandchildren will be 
    responsible, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Natural 
    Resources, and in addition to the Committees on the Judiciary, 
    Energy and Commerce, and Science and Technology, for a period to 
    be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
