H.R. 2846--A bill to increase energy independence and job creation by
increasing safe American energy production, encouraging the
development of alternative and renewable energy, and promoting
greater efficiencies and conservation for a cleaner environment;
to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the
Committees on the Judiciary, Ways and Means, Energy and Commerce,
Armed Services, Oversight and Government Reform, and Science and
