H.R. 4138--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    provide for an update under the Medicare physician fee schedule, 
    to be fully paid for through medical liability reform, a pathway 
    for biosimilar biological products, and other means; to the 
    Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the 
    Committees on Ways and Means, and the Judiciary, for a period to 
    be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
