H.R. 5453--A bill to provide a temporary extension of certain 
    programs, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Ways and 
    Means, and in addition to the Committees on Energy and Commerce, 
    Appropriations, Education and Labor, Financial Services, the 
    Budget, Small Business, and Oversight and Government Reform, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the
