H. Con. Res. 310--Concurrent resolution honoring the service and 
    sacrifice of members of the United States Armed Forces who are 
    serving in, or have served in, Operation Iraqi Freedom; to the 
    Committee on Armed Services, and in addition to the Committees on 
    Veterans' Affairs, and Foreign Affairs, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
