To amend title 36, United States Code, to provide for an additional power for the American Legion under its Federal charter.
SECTION 1. Additional power of Americal Legion under Federal charter.
Section 2104 of title 36, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in paragraph (7), by striking “and” at the end;
(2) by redesignating paragraph (8) as paragraph (9); and
(3) by inserting after paragraph (7) the following new paragraph (8):
