H.R. 4281--A bill to provide an extension of Federal-aid highway, 
    highway safety, motor carrier safety, transit, and other programs 
    funded out of the Highway Trust Fund pending enactment of a 
    multiyear law reauthorizing such programs; to the Committee on 
    Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the 
    Committees on Ways and Means, Natural Resources, Science, Space, 
    and Technology, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
