Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fairness for Texas Schools Act of 2011''. SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO TEXAS. Section 101 of Public Law 111-226 (124 Stat. 2389) is amended by striking paragraph (11). <all>
