Calls for denying U.S. visas to Ukrainian officials involved in serious human rights abuses, anti-democratic actions, or corruption.
Supports: (1) the efforts of Ukrainian citizens to establish democracy based on the rule of law and respect for human rights; and (2) Ukraine's independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
