H.R. 3895--A bill to renew America's founding principles by freeing 
    Americans to produce more energy in the United States from all 
    sources and contribute to the strength of American national 
    security through North American energy independence; to the 
    Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committees 
    on Energy and Commerce, Transportation and Infrastructure, Ways 
    and Means, Agriculture, Armed Services, and Oversight and 
    Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
    the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
