H.R. 4159--A bill to provide for investment in innovation through 
    research and development and STEM education, to improve the 
    competitiveness of the United States, and for other purposes; to 
    the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, and in addition 
    to the Committee on Education and the Workforce, for a period to 
    be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
