Safety Through Informed Consumers Act of 2014 - Revises passenger motor vehicle information program requirements.
Directs the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to ensure that passenger motor vehicle crash avoidance information is provided alongside of and in the same format as crashworthiness information each place that the latter is made available to the public.
