Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Act - Directs the Secretary of Energy (DOE) to establish a pilot program to award grants to nonprofit organizations for the purpose of retrofitting buildings owned by such organizations with energy-efficiency improvements.

Limits each grant award to: (1) an amount equal to 50% of the energy-efficiency improvement, and (2) $200,000.
