Requires each Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces to establish and maintain an office within such Chief of Staff on the sexual assault prevention and response program carried out by that armed force.
Directs each military department Secretary to submit to the congressional defense committees an assessment of the feasibility and advisability of: (1) establishing such an office within each department, and (2) selecting members of the Armed Forces and department personnel to be assigned to positions that include responsibility for sexual assault prevention and response within the Armed Forces.
