H.R. 4303--A bill to provide for the establishment of an accountable 
    and humane border security strategy for the international land 
    borders of the United States, address cultural, economic, 
    ecological, environmental and humanitarian impacts of border 
    security infrastructure, measures, and activities along the 
    international land borders of the United States, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security, and in addition 
    to the Committees on Armed Services, the Judiciary, Natural 
    Resources, Agriculture, Foreign Affairs, Transportation and 
    Infrastructure, and Ways and Means, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
