H.R. 5078--A bill to require the Secretary of Transportation to 
    conduct a study on the economic and environmental risks to the 
    Great Lakes of spills or leaks of oil, and for other purposes; to 
    the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in 
    addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period to 
    be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
