H.R. 5474--A bill to suspend United States security assistance with 
    Honduras until such time as human rights violations by Honduran 
    security forces cease and their perpetrators are brought to 
    justice; to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to 
    the Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
