H.R. 3123--A bill to award a Congressional Gold Medal, collectively, 
    to the First Rhode Island Regiment, in recognition of their 
    dedicated service during the Revolutionary War; to the Committee 
    on Financial Services, and in addition to the Committee on House 
    Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
