    aggression by the Governments of Iran, the Russian Federation, and 
    North Korea, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Foreign 
    Affairs, and in addition to the Committees on Intelligence 
    (Permanent Select), the Judiciary, Oversight and Government 
    Reform, Armed Services, Financial Services, Rules, Ways and Means, 
    and Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be
