H.R. 4815--A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide 
    for a new rule regarding the application of the Act to marijuana, 
    and for other purposes; to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in 
    addition to the Committees on Energy and Commerce, Agriculture, 
    Natural Resources, and Financial Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction
