IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. Norman introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, Education and the Workforce, and Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned


A BILL

To prohibit the use of Federal funds by the Department of Health and Human Services to award a grant to study cigar flavors.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Limitation on the use of funds.

No Federal funds may be used by the Department of Health and Human Services to award a grant to study cigar flavors.
