Protection from Overprescribing Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to consider when awarding a grant to a state to support the state's prescription drug monitoring program whether the state's program provides reports to law enforcement agencies, licensing boards, and other agencies describing any prescribers who repeatedly fall outside of expected norms or standard practices.
