H.R. 7161 — A bill to direct the Smithsonian Institution and the American Folklife Center at the Library of Congress to jointly carry out the COVID-19 Pandemic Memorial Quilt Project to honor and remember Americans who have lost their lives to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and for other purposes; to the Committee on House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on Education and Labor, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
