H.R. 7198 — A bill to establish a scholarship program to diversify the national security workforce through partnership with historically Black colleges and universities and other minority institutions, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
