H.R. 8048 — A bill to establish in the Department of Homeland Security a program to make grants for emergency information technology expenses, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security, and in addition to the Committees on Oversight and Reform, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
