Mr. Ogles (for himself, Mr. Crane, and Mr. Mooney) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary


A BILL

To prohibit Federal funds from being used to pay the salary of John Luman Smith.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Yanking Outlays for an Unethical, Ruthless Enterprise that Fraudulently Impedes Robust Electoral Debate Act” or the “YOU’RE FIRED Act”.

SEC. 2. Prohibition on funding to provide a salary to John Luman Smith.

No Federal funds may be used to provide a salary for John Luman Smith, Special Counsel for the Department of Justice.
